I painted the iconic leg lamp "major award" from the 1983 movie 'Christmas Story' along with a few other movie references.
This film was one of my families favorites to watch during the holiday season. Each year I create a painting for holiday cards and this one is a classic!
If you know the movie you will easily be able to spot and understand the references (the graded paper, the bb bullets, one gnome with a patch over his eye, one feeling the lamp, one with his tongue stuck to the window, etc)
